It won’t snow in Orlando this holiday season, but that won’t stop the Christmas celebrations at Universal Orlando Resort.
On December 3, Universal Orlando will be kicking into the holiday spirit with music, parades and appearances by the infamous green Grinch.
The 15th anniversary Macy’s Holiday Parade will stroll through the streets of Universal Studios on a daily basis. A new balloon this year will honor Virginia, the little girl made famous from the “Is There a Santa Claus?” newspaper editorial from the 1800s.
Universal’s Islands of Adventure will host “Grinchmas.” The Seuss Landing portion of the theme park will feature Dr. Seuss’ Grinch and a live show “Grinchmas Who-liday Spectacular.”
On Dec. 3-4, 10-11 and 17-18, Mannheim Steamroller will perform on the Music Plaza Stage at Universal Studios.
It is good to know that access to the holiday celebrations is included with admission to the theme parks.
The holiday celebrations at Universal Orlando Resort will continue through New Year’s Day.
