Mickey’s Birthday Bash!

Who doesn’t love the mouse, the famous one that is? Mickey Mouse is obviously a global icon, so it only makes sense that he would travel around the world this year to celebrate his birthday!

As reported by Disney Parks Blog, Mickey has just embarked on his trip to various iconic locations to meet with his fans over the next few weeks leading up to his birthday on November 18. Exactly where he’s going is being kept under wraps for the moment, so you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled for the Mouse on Disney’s various social channels including Disney Parks Blog, Disney’s Mickey Mouse Facebook page, Mickey Mouse Instagram account, or by using the hashtag #HappyBirthdayMickey.

You’ll also want to be at Disneyland, Walt Disney World or at select Disney Stores on November 18, where guests will score an exclusive commemorative “Happy Birthday, Mickey!” button. A special video featuring a new song “What We Got” will also be released on that day that will detail Mickey’s global adventure. As if that’s not all, there’s going to be a special birthday-themed edition of the Move It! Shake It! Dance & Play It! Street Party at the Magic Kingdom park and over at Disneyland, guests will be treated a special pre-parade birthday celebration in Mickey’s honor.
