We have received an update regarding the taping of the Disney Parks holiday specials. Filming will take place at Walt Disney World on November 9 -13 in all four Walt Disney World theme parks. The specials will air on ABC and the Disney Channel inb November and December. This is a change from previous years where there was one Christmas special that only aired on Christmas Day on ABC.
Some of the filming may take place before or after park hours, but guests wishing to view the taping during regular park hours may do so, though we do not have a taping schedule.
This year, the parade portion will be taped at the Disneyland Resort on a yet to be revealed date. Walt Disney World will be filming stage show elements and musical performances.
