The Newest way to start off your night – EyeGlow Package Includes: Free Parking available in onsite parking garage! Samplings of (3)three (2)two oz. pours of your choice of beer/wine sampling or one glass of champagne in lounge Take a glass of wine or a beer onto your flight. Every day from 6 pm – 10 pm (A non-alcoholic alternative is available. Alcohol will only be given to adults 21 or over).

Individual Ticket

If you have pre-booked Individual Standard Tickets, you will need to visit the front desk to receive your boarding time. Avoid having to queue in our ticket office to purchase tickets but will still need to join the boarding queue for the attraction itself. You will need to join the boarding queue 15 minutes prior to your experience time so you are able to board at approximately the time you have booked for.

Flex Tickets

With Flex Tickets, you just need to check-in at the admissions desk 15 minutes prior to your flight time. You will have the flexibility to visit the attraction at any time.

Private Capsules

Our luxury Private Capsules allow you to experience the Orlando Eye within your very own capsule with no other guests. All Private Capsules include Fast Track entry and the option of added hospitality if required. Private Capsules are required to have a minimum of 3 guests and a maximum of 15.

Book On the Day

You may purchase tickets on the day of your visit from our ticket office, located either outside of the terminal building or inside at the Orlando Eye, Madame Tussauds or SEA LIFE Orlando. Please note this will be subject to availability and can be busy during peak periods. We advise pre-booking your tickets online to avoid additional wait time during your visit as well as receive online savings. Most major credit cards are accepted.

You can pre-book your tickets online and if you book 24 hours in advance you will receive a discount on your order. You may also book tickets online for a same-day visit. You can prebook your tickets by telephone, please call our booking office at 1-866-228-6438 between 9am and 5pm daily.

Due to the iconic status of the Orlando Eye and popularity with guests we can be very busy at certain periods of the day. We recommend all of our guests read the following tips for visiting and collecting tickets in order to make your visit as easy as possible.

Time

Your standard ticket allows you to join the boarding queue 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Your experience includes the 4D Cinema Experience. If you are collecting your tickets at the Orlando Eye, please allow a further 20 minutes to collect your order. If you have booked a Flex Ticket or special experience, please arrive 15 minutes before your experience and report directly to the Priority Desk to check-in.

What to Bring

Please bring a copy of your email confirmation along with your payment card and proof of identification on the day of your visit. Accepted proof of identification includes a passport, national identity card and driving license.

Methods of Collection

Print@Home: With a printed ticket you do not need to come to the ticket office. Please join the boarding queue with your Print@Home ticket. Ticket Collection Desk: If you are collecting standard tickets, please go to the pre-paid ticket collection desk. Please allow 20 minutes for this. Priority Desk: If you are collecting Flex Tickets or are arriving for a special experience (e.g. Private Capsule, Champagne Experience), please go directly to the VIP Check-In desk. You will need to check-in 15 minutes before your experience.

Military Discounts

Present your valid Military ID to any of our admission desks to receive a 10% discount off any 1-attraction, 2-attraction or 3-attraction gate ticket.

Security

We adhere to strict security procedures, as the safety of our guests is our number one priority.

The security procedures have been designed to ensure that all guests enjoy their experience in a safe and enjoyable manner. All guests are required to undergo a brief search before boarding the Eye. Same sex officers can be made available on request.

  • Items not permitted on the Orlando Eye:
    • Sharp Objects, including pocket knifes

    • Baseball Bats

    • Pepper Sprays
    • Alcohol
    • Tripods
    • Pets (with the exception of service dogs)
    • Bicycles
    • Skateboards or scooters

Guests with Disabilities

Our facilities are designed to be fully accessible to guests who are disabled. We welcome all disabled guests, but restrictions do apply:

  • Service animals are permitted in the attraction.
  • Any guests requiring oxygen/ medicines with them are permitted to do so –Security must be informed in advance.
  • Large groups attending with disabled quests are required to book in advance through our call center.

Wheelchairs:

  • Weight of wheelchairs has no importance.
  • Motorized wheelchairs are allowed in the attraction.
  • Wheelchair width must be 36 inches or smaller.
  • No more than 1 wheelchair per capsule – first come, first served basis.
  • Each paying Wheelchair Ticket guest can bring a caregiver free of charge.
  • Any condition that can be exacerbated by flashing lights it is not recommended that you go through the 4D experience.

FAQ’s

How long does the Orlando Eye take?

The Orlando Eye is about a 30-minute experience, including the 4D Cinema.

If I book a combination ticket, do I have to visit all the attractions in the same day?

No! Combination tickets are valid for 30 days after your first attraction visit and you can choose to visit the attractions in any order that you like. We do ask that you arrive at the Orlando Eye for your pre-scheduled flight time.

Do they offer a military discount?

Yes! They offer a 10% discount off gate-price admission tickets to active and retired military members with a valid military ID. Ask one of our admissions staff for more information.

Are wheelchairs allowed on the Orlando Eye?

Wheelchairs less than 36″ in width are permitted in the Orlando Eye.

What if the Orlando Eye closes due to weather during my reserved flight time?

All tickets during a weather closure are valid for 30 days. Please come back at any time within that window to enjoy the Orlando Eye. If you are unable to return, please e-mail OrlandoInfo@merlinentertainments.biz with the date of your visit, the reason you are unable to return and your confirmation number (if applicable).

Can I bring my camera on the Orlando Eye?

Yes! However you will be asked to display your camera to our security team upon arrival, as certain lenses are prohibited.

Are there discounted tickets available? 

When you buy tickets online, you can save up to 25% if you book at least one day in advance! We also run promotions and special offers throughout the year.
