Universal Orlando Opens New Butterbeer Bar at CityWalk (No Park Ticket Needed!)

Universal Orlando Resort has unveiled a delicious new addition for Harry Potter fans and theme park foodies: the Butterbeer Bar at CityWalk. This is the first time guests can enjoy all the classic Butterbeer drink options—Cold, Frozen, Hot, and Vegan—without needing a ticket to the parks.

Located inside the Universal Studios Store at CityWalk, this bar opens just in time to welcome the crowds expected for Epic Universe, Universal’s new theme park opening in 2025.

What Is Butterbeer?

Butterbeer is a non-alcoholic, sweet, and creamy beverage made famous by the Harry Potter books and films. Universal’s chefs turned fiction into reality, creating a butterscotch-cream soda blend topped with frothy non-dairy foam. It’s available in multiple formats, and they’re all magical.

According to USA Today, Butterbeer helped Universal recoup its $260 million investment in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in less than six months!
