Housed in the former Wells’ Built Hotel, which was constructed in 1926, The Wells’ Built Museum of African American History & Culture in downtown Orlando features more than 6,000 square feet of exhibit space that include artifacts, photographs, multimedia presentations, slave records, books and much more. The Wells’ Built Museum of African American History & Culture is open from 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday.
