Work will be continued throughout 2018, but the store will remain partially open during the work. The Disney Corner, located just across from The Polite Pig, will open mid-February to house some of the displaced product from the World of Disney during the refurbishment.
Disney announced its plans to refurbish its World of Disney stores at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort.
At Disney World, the Disney Springs World of Disney will begin its transformation in mid-February 2018.
