Opened in 1982, the The Dali Museum houses one of the world’s most comprehensive collection of permanent works (96 in all!) by famous surrealist painter Salvador Dali such as “The Discovery of America by Christopher Columbus” and “The Hallucinogenic Toreador.” View Salvador Dali paintings, photographs, drawings and sculptures. The Dali Museum also hosts an annual Dali Look-Alike Contest in early May.
