Based on the 1996 box-office hit movie Twister (which starred Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt), Twister . . . Ride It out features great special effects and a state-of-the-art sound system. As you enter the Twister attraction, check out the props from the movie that line the way toward the Twister show, which features a massive, five-story tornado bearing down on the fictional “Galaxy Drive-In”. Twister . . . Ride It Out lies to the left of Revenge of the Mummy – The Ride.
RICH’S TIP: Although there are no height restrictions for this attraction, Twister . . . Ride It Out may be too intense for younger children. Check out the health restrictions posted at the entrance to the ride. Twister . . . Ride It Out is wheelchair accessible.
