Surf Pool - Disney's Typhoon Lagoon

Catch waves up to six feet and body surf toward the sandy shore or just lounge on the beach that surrounds the Surf Pool – which is billed as “the largest inland surfing lagoon in Florida!” The 2.75-million-galloon Surf Pool lies in the heart of Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and also features a couple of children’s water play areas – Blustery Bay and Whitecap Cove. Kids will also love the Bay Slides, which are located at the far left-hand side of the Surf Pool.

In addition, Surf Lessons can be arranged at the Surf Pool on Tuesday mornings before Disney's Typhoon Lagoon opens (separate fee; reservations required).

Note: Life vests are provided free of charge and several lifeguard stations are available at the Surf Pool.
