The Magic of Disney Animation - Disney's Hollywood Studios
A walk-through attraction located at the Animation Courtyard and adjacent to Voyage of the Little Mermaid, The Magic of Disney Animation lets you take a behind-the-scenes look at how Disney animators created such animated classics as Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Mulan and The Lion King.
View a brief and humorous film on the animation process (starring Robin Williams), check out animation sketches from popular Disney movies, chat with a Disney artist about the creative process and try your hand at animation drawing during The Magic of Disney Animation. At the exit to the attraction lies The Animation Gallery, which sells books, collectibles, memorabilia, animation cels and more. A Meet and Greet area is located in the Animation Courtyard, where kids can get autographs and have their photos taken with popular Disney characters.
Note: The Magic of Disney Animation is wheelchair accessible.
