Dueling Dragons - Islands of Adventure

Soar 125 feet in the air and reach speeds of 55 miles per hour on the world’s first inverted, dueling roller coasters! Choose either the Fire Dragon or Ice Dragon suspended coasters, which are cleverly intertwined to create Dueling Dragons, one of Universal Orlando’s most popular thrill rides. Both roller coasters take you on a whirlwind, 2½-minute journey that includes two vertical loops, two corkscrews, a cobra roll and zero-g roll.

Opened in 1999, Dueling Dragons is located within the heart of The Lost Continent, which lies between Jurassic Park and Seuss Landing at Universal’s Islands of Adventure. A sign posted at the entrance to Dueling Dragons says it all: “Past this point of no return, your only choice is freeze or burn!”

Height Requirement: You must be at least 54 inches tall to ride Dueling Dragons.
