Leu Gardens, which features the largest collection of Camellias in the United States outside of California and the largest formal rose garden in Florida. View 50 acres of tropical plants, ancient oaks, Tropical Stream Garden and Kitchen Garden. Tour the Leu House Museum, a meticulously restored late 19th-century home that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Harry P. Leu Gardens are open daily from 9 AM to 5 PM. Admission to the Harry P. Leu Gardens is $5 for adults and $1 for ages 5 to 17.
Date Night at Leu Gardens will take place the first Friday of every month through November 2008 and will feature a romantic movie at the gardens on the largest outdoor screen in Central Florida. Gates open at 6 PM with the movie starting at dusk. Guests are invited to pack a picnic dinner and dine on the lawn. Admission is $7 for adults, $2 for children (K-12th Grade) and free for Leu Gardens members.
