Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse brought a taste of New Orleans to Universal CityWalk® with the opening of Emeril’s Orlando. Sample entrees include Roasted American Rack of Lamb with a Creole Mustard Sauce, Grilled Veal Chop, Cedar Plank Roasted Portabello Mushroom, Pan Seared North Atlantic Salmon, Baked Maine Lobster and Oven Roasted Chicken Breast with Boursin Cheese Stuffing Topped with a Serrano Ham Crust. A children’s menu is also available. Emeril’s Orlando is open daily for lunch and dinner. Dinner reservations are highly recommended.
