The ultra hip HUE is located in trendy Thorton Park and serves fabulous seafood, steaks and poultry daily. The “progressive American cuisine” at HUE includes a daily-changing menu with such dishes as Wood Grilled Ahi Tuna, Southwestern Crusted Mahi Mahi, Wood Grilled Filet Mignon and Oven Roasted Chilean Sea Bass. HUE is open daily for lunch and dinner. A full bar is available. Dinner reservations are recommended.
