Conveniently located in downtown Miami at the Metro-Dade Cultural Center Plaza, the museum features a permanent gallery, a gallery with rotating exhibits and a Research Center, as well as a store that sells an extensive selection of books, gifts and educational toys relating to Florida history.
Hours: Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Third Thursdays from 10 AM to 9 PM, Sunday from noon to 5 PM (closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day)
