2009 Children's Miracle Network Classic at Walt Disney World Resort

407-824-2250 One of the most popular events on the PGA Tour, the Children's Miracle Network Classic (formerly known as the FUNAI Golf Classic), presented by Wal-Mart, has served as an annual tradition since 1971, the same year Walt Disney World® Resort opened its doors. It is the last official money event for the year.
Past tournament champions at the Disney golf tournament include the likes of Jack Nicklaus (who won the tournament in 1971, 1972 and 1973), Tiger Woods, David Duval, Mark O’Meara, Hal Sutton and Vijay Singh. The Children's Miracle Network Classic, which celebrates its 39th anniversary in 2009, takes place at the championship Palm and Magnolia courses at Walt Disney World® Resort.
In addition, a Wine & Dine Walk runs Friday through Sunday that features food, beer and wine stations positioned on key holes along the back nine of the Magnolia course featuring delicious cuisine from some of Disney's most popular restaurants such as The Wave at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Sanaa at Kidani Village at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and The Turf Club Bar & Grill at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
